All of our extrusions meet or exceed American Architectural Manufacturers Association specifications.  Injection Molding We operate 20 injection molding machines and use over 175 molds to produce corners, rollers, buttons, latches, and handles. Production capability is in excess of 100 million parts a year.  Flexible Plastic Our company uses 4 extruders to produce screen spline, marine glazing and gaskets. Our production capacity exceeds 3 million lbs annually. Foam and Laminate We can foam insulate or apply laminate to nearly any profile imaginable. Our lamination process exceeds AAMA standards.   Fully Equipped Machine Shop Our on-site technicians design and manufacture molds, dies, calibrators, and other tooling. Their attention to detail and accurate, state-of-the-art equipment assures precisely milled tooling capable of holding your specifications.  Cut-To-Length We provide custom straight and miter cut extrusions cut to your exact specifications.
